It’s a beautiful day here in Washington, DC! I hope your day is going just as wonderfully. When I meet with my students one-on-one, I like to ask specific questions about their goals and what they hope to achieve with the oud. I also ask about the level they want to reach. If you’re already a player, I’d love for you to play something so we can determine your current level and match you with the most suitable course from the 9 levels we offer. This is the same experience we provide through our video modules. I’ll ask you similar questions, and there’s an upload button where you can submit a recording of your current level. Whether you’re advanced or just tuning your oud for the first time, both levels are welcome. We’ve had students who tuned their oud for the first time with us over Skype and have now gone on to perform on stage.
