Every applicant begins with a conversation.

Before enrolling, you meet Ramy Adly on Zoom, one to one. It is a placement conversation, not a sales call — he listens to you play, and tells you where you would start. Free, about thirty minutes. Around one in four applicants join a cohort.

For November semester participants, lectures begin Monday at 11:00 a.m. Washington, D.C. time—check your email for access details. October Semester: Welcome, new scholars. New lectures every Monday at 11 AM ET. November Semester: Enrollment closes November 1. Maqam Program: Scholars joining from other programs, please sign the NDA documents before Monday, November 2. School of Oud Concert, Washington, DC: Scholars perform live December 6 at the Festival of Lights. Rehearsals begin November 10.
